    I Still Adore My 64 & 128

Load "Clyde Retail Store Demo",8,1

This is a demo program, used in retails store “back in the day”, for the Commodore 64. It was coded by Leyland Ancier and Stephen Murri and is referred to as the “Clyde Demo”.

I have only seen this demo running once, at the local Canadian Tire store, back in my home town, in northern Ontario. My father worked at Canadian Tire, at the time, which is where my parents bought me my C64 in '83. Thankfully enough, I was allowed to make a copy of the demo floppy that was running on the Commodore 64 they had on display in the housewares department.

Have you ever seen this demo displayed in a retail store, back in the day? If so, let me know on my discussion page.
